By accessing or using LicenseManager ("Service"), operated by Arriva Corporation ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

LicenseManager provides:

• Discord bot for license verification and role management
• Web dashboard for license administration
• Roblox integration for automatic license assignment
• API for custom integrations

The Service is currently in development ("COMING SOON") and these Terms apply to all beta and production versions.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must register an account with accurate and complete information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. Users under 18 require parental consent.

4. License Management

4.1 License Creation

As a LicenseManager user, you may create digital licenses for distribution to your customers or community members.

4.2 License Restrictions

You agree not to use LicenseManager for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Circumventing platform terms (Discord, Roblox, etc.)
• Resale of licenses without proper authorization

4.3 License Verification

Our Service provides verification tools, but you remain responsible for the validity and enforcement of your licenses.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

5.1 Pricing Plans

We offer various subscription tiers as described on our Pricing page. All purchases are currently made using Robux. GBP purchases will be supported soon via Stripe.

5.2 Billing

Robux transactions are processed through the Roblox platform. Once GBP support is live, Stripe will be used to securely handle payments. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically where applicable.

5.3 Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party resellers or unauthorized purchases made outside our official platforms.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and Discord/Roblox terms
• Not misuse the Service to harm others or our systems
• Not reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access
• Not use bots or automated systems to interact with our Service

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

LicenseManager and all related content are our exclusive property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as permitted.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any licenses, data, or content you create using our Service. You grant us a license to use this content to provide the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
